The first session of 90 minutes is $165.00 with all the remaining 50 minute sessions $120.00. We do accept clients on a scaled lower rate basis with proof of income required. We currently accept Blue Cross, Tricare Prime, Tricare Standard and Tricare Reserve Select. We will begin to accept Aetna clients on 1 January 2017.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is my co-pay if I have one?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
We do provide services on a sliding scale at a reduced fee for those who are in lower income levels and can provide proof of income. Please call us.
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
If you do not show for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a thirty five dollar fee for same day cancellation.
